Students in our libraries often need to find free, copyrighted images and other online content to use in their work, school assignments, and other personal endeavors. At the same time, many may be interested in creating content on their own that they would like to share with the world but are not sure how to go about creating licenses. Creative Commons allows content creators to create licenses to share their creations with the world while holding on to their copyright. They also provide searching tools for students, teachers, and the public to find content to use for free.
