The implementation of the T-TESS appraisal system has led to a greater emphasis on professional growth; however, the process can be daunting for teachers and administrators who already have a full plate of responsibilities. To help teachers progress in their goals and help administrators streamline the constant flow of evidence and documentation, MacArthur High School developed a T-TESS digital badging system. In this session, MacArthur H.S. librarian Janelle Schnacker and campus instructional technology specialist Chad Belford will show you how to use simple tools like Canva and Google Forms to develop your own digital badging system focused on each dimension of T-TESS. Build staff morale and motivation for your school community. Badge up and be the library leader your campus needs!
